About
Mr. Fellov has been the founding Partner of Translution Capital since 2013. Mr. Fellov is responsible for the strategic development and continued expansion of the firm’s Corporate Finance business, including sourcing and executing both domestic and International transactions across sectors, sizes, geographies and products.
Mr. Fellov offers over twenty-five years of corporate finance experience through a diverse background within Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity and Debt financing activities. Mr. Fellov has successfully completed over four-hundred transactions representing 20+ billion Euros of enterprise value as trusted advisor for both privately held and large multinational public companies, financial institutions, governments and public authorities, board of directors and special committees.
Previously, Mr. Fellov acted as e.g. Managing Director at SEB Enskilda, Corporate Finance, Executive Director at Carnegie, Corporate Finance, Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Global Head of Equity Capital Market (ECM) at Nordea Investment Banking – working out of London, Stockholm and Copenhagen.
Troels is a State Authorized Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
About
Mr. Schmidt has a background in investment banking, he has e.g. served as Head of ECM at the Nordic corporate finance advisor, Carnegie. Most recently he served as CEO in Exruptive. Prior to that he was SVP at Falck and before that CEO in Pharmexa. He sits on the board of LINX and was formerly member of the board of directors in DIRF, the Danish Investor Relations Society, chairman of the board of directors in Gudme Raaschou Vision, chairman of the board of Directors in Curalogic, chairman of the board of directors in GemVax and Pharmexa Inc.
Mr. Schmidt has obtained his master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
About
The day-to-day activities of Mr. Degn entail ECM and M&A project execution, including preparation of investor material, market research, financial modelling, and investor contact.
Prior to joining Translution Capital, Mr. Degn worked as an Equity Analyst with Danske Bank.
Mr. Degn holds a master’s degree in Applied Economics and Finance, and a bachelor’s degree in International Business, both earned from Copenhagen Business School. His master’s included an exchange semester at EDHEC Business School (France).
